This advanced meter for spirometry includes a digital diary and measures air flow velocity and volume (FEV1) to indicate early warning signs for impending asthmatic incidents or conditions. Using these measurements in conjunction with a doctor's consultation allows patients with asthma, COPD and other lung diseases to manage their condition.

What is PEF: PEF is Peak Expiratory Flow, or in other words measures how fast you can push air out of your lungs.

What is FEV: FEV is Forced Expiratory Volume, or in other words measures how much air a person can exhale during a forced breath.
